What is Be Your BeanTM?

“Hey, I thought that” Exercise

This exercise, based on the law of attraction, shows you how your thoughts are energy and how they attract each other. To do this exercise you need a small notebook, and you need to keep it with you. Throughout the course of the day, every time something that you have been thinking about comes up in your world, write it down.

An example of this would be when you're thinking about somebody and they call you on the phone. Another example would be when you are talking to somebody and you both say the same thing at the same time.

Once you start writing these things down, you are going to be amazed at how often the things that you're thinking are coming up all around you. I think on my best days I had 25 to 32 things that I was thinking come up in my day. Most days, it was around 15 things that came up.
