Change Your Life: Self-Esteem Part 1

How to create new, happier, and healthier beliefs and self-esteem.
The focus of this workshop is to help you raise your self-esteem, and help you feel good about yourself. Learn how to create new, happier, and healthier beliefs and self-esteem. Ed teaches you how to shift beliefs. Recognize common thoughts and beliefs that erode your self-esteem and learn what to do about them. The main focus of this workshop is to help you raise your self-esteem and help you feel good about yourself. This is an interactive workshop that will raise your self-esteem.
