"Prior to asking Ed Langan for personal coaching, I'd read and heard things like, "Everything you need is within you;" "If you think it, you can do/have it;" "Thoughts are things;" "The world within creates the world without;" "You are a powerful creator." etc. After a flurry of excitement about each truth, and a glimpse of seeing the world in a new way, my life would calmly return back to normal. Then it was on to the next book or movie, and temporary high. I knew there was something there, but there was also something missing.
My work with Ed has helped me take ownership of these truths thru my own experiences. He is a gifted coach, allowing me to set the pace and direction, always proceeding patiently with no other agenda than that I continue to feel better and better about our work together, my life, and who I am.
